Looking for Funds as a Startupr vs. IPO – Warsaw
Hello to all of you! Do you need to raise funds for your startup? Here might be your answer in regards to one of the way how get money for your further development. Probably you have heard what IPO ( Initial Public Offering) – the first sale of stock by a private company to the public. Sounds difficult? It’s not. This won’t be an advice article, nor an interview with someone famous. This is about us: Ciprian, Mihai G, Mihai R, Andra, Anca = the Startup Weekend Vampire Organizers Team.
The last few days we realized that there are a lot of things we do not know about each other, like, in some cases, what we do every day for a job! It might seem silly at first, but if you think about it it’s kind of cool because it proves that we are not in this to send each other funny emails to our work inbox!

1) Where are you located (your company) now?
2) The company you intend to open up is it separate entity or it’s a branch?
3) Purpose of company?
4) Where the company is going to operate (the main source of income)?
5) Yours tax residency (for double tax agreement). e.g. Ff you are British and would you like to incorporate comp in HK – there is double tax agreement between governments.
